Payment and Services Rendered
Behavior Analysis services are billed according to rates originally determined by funding sources (i.e., insurance companies). A determined amount you may be responsible for (i.e. copay, coinsurance), will be billed to you. If you are unclear about your benefits, please confirm them with your insurance provider or AUSOME ABA PLLC'S Owner.
Private-pay funded cases receive a contract for services with pay rates that are commensurate of provider credentials and competing and contracted rates and sign this contract in advance before any services are rendered or billed.
No refunds will be provided to participants in ABA therapy after services are rendered. If you are not satisfied with your ABA services please contact AUSOME ABA PLLC's Owner at Jessi@AUsomeABA.com to discuss the concern.
