Morgan Chisum
ARD & Advocacy Director, Certified SpED Teacher
Morgan Chisum has worked in the field of autism and special education for many years. After working as an RBT in a behavioral clinic, Morgan went on to work as a Special Education teacher at a public school. While there, she worked in several roles including Resource and Inclusion as well as the PASS Team Leader. She is famous for her love of unicorns and mermaids as well as always having a positive attitude and a smile.
Jessi Shipley
Owner, BCBA, TXLBA, Director of Awesomeness
An eccentric and passionate leader promoting self-advocacy, autism acceptance, and neurodiversity. Jessi brings over 10 years of experience working with NeuroDivergent (primarily autistic) individuals from ages 2-42.
As a progressive BCBA, she is passionate about transparency and accountability as well as technology, Bearded Dragons, and Virtual Reality.

Keely Tillman
Director of Authorization Acquisitions, Insurance Expert
Keely is truly a valued member of the AUsome ABA family, initiating, organizing, and promoting new programs for our staff and clients. Through her years of work with federal insurance funding programs as well as her experience on the forefront of the Texas ABA Insurance Mandate, ACA Funding, and advocating for Texas Medicaid to fund ABA Therapy in Texas, Keely is (without a doubt) one of if not THE most valuable insurance expert in DFW.
